FAQ
General Operation
How does EuroFreelance work on a daily basis?
EuroFreelance connects freelancers and companies through two complementary modes: an intelligent matching algorithm that analyzes professional criteria, and a search engine that allows free exploration of missions and freelancer profiles. No personal data is stored on the platform.
How often does the matching algorithm run?
Matching is recalculated once per day to ensure fresh, consistent and unbiased results.
How do I publish a mission?
Companies describe their professional needs. The algorithm automatically checks that no personal data is present. Missions remain visible for 30 days, unless updated, which extends their publication period.
How do I create a freelance profile?
The profile contains no personal data other than the first name. The algorithm automatically blocks any sensitive or identifiable content.
How can I contact a freelancer or a company?
Contact can originate from a matching suggestion or a manual search. In all cases, exchanges take place through the secure internal messaging system. Only within this space, and voluntarily, can users choose to share their contact information.
How does the secure messaging system work?
The internal messaging system is the only place where contact information may be exchanged, at the users’ initiative and only if they are subscribers. Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days.
How does the matching score work?
The score combines skills, languages, sectors, availability, and a cross‑recommendation model based on paying subscribers.
How does EuroFreelance ensure content quality?
The algorithm checks the plausibility of all published information (missions, profiles, messages) without ever storing personal data.

How are messages protected?
Messages are encrypted, not analyzed, not retained, and automatically deleted after 30 days.
How does the algorithm prevent the publication of personal information?
It automatically detects and blocks: last names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, social networks, and any other sensitive data.
Does EuroFreelance sell or share data?
No. No personal data is stored, so no data can be sold or shared.
Freelancers
How can I create a freelance profile without personal data?
The profile is based solely on professional information. The algorithm automatically filters out any personal data.
How can I optimize my profile to be found?
By providing skills, experience, languages and sectors. A complete profile improves both the matching score and visibility in the search engine. The cross‑recommendation model further increases visibility for subscribers.
How can I be connected with companies?
In two ways: through daily matching that automatically suggests compatible missions, or through the search engine that allows companies to find profiles directly. Subscribers benefit from maximum visibility across the entire database.
How do I respond to a mission?
Through the secure internal messaging system. This is the only place where the freelancer can voluntarily choose to share contact information.
How can I protect my personal information?
It is never stored by the platform. The freelancer retains full control over what they share, exclusively through the internal messaging system.
How does the freelance subscription work?
It provides access to advanced features: full visibility on all missions, the ability to share contact information via messaging, and access to the market rate reference.
How can I access the market rate reference?
Subscribers have full visibility on all published profiles and missions, enabling them to position themselves relative to actual rates in the European freelance market.
How do recommendations and referrals work?
Paying subscribers can certify other freelancers, feeding a cross‑recommendation model. EuroFreelance also provides referral links, but does not guarantee any benefits, which depend solely on partners.
