Privacy Policy
Data Controller and General Framework
EuroFreelance.eu strictly applies the principle of data minimization. The site does not store any personal data and delegates authentication to Auth0 and payments to Stripe, each fulfilling their respective regulatory obligations. Any question related to data protection may be addressed to contact@eurofreelance.eu.
Data Processed and Sub‑processors
EuroFreelance.eu does not retain any identity data on its servers. Auth0 processes only the information required for authentication, and Stripe manages all payment data in accordance with European law. The site does not collect or store any banking data, does not build user profiles, and performs no tracking.
Voluntary Sharing and Retention Period
When applying for a mission, freelancers may voluntarily share their contact information with the relevant mission provider. This sharing is limited to a specific mission and does not result in long‑term retention. The site performs a daily purge that deletes missions older than 30 days (or not updated for 30 days), along with all associated applications and contact messages.
User Rights and Security
Users have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and restriction of processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The right to data portability does not apply, as no personal data is stored. EuroFreelance.eu implements technical and organizational measures ensuring the security of exchanges and the compliance of its sub‑processors.
